ReThink Mental Illness - Discrimination and mental health

This image is inspired by a podcast with Christine Bright from CHJS.

Definitions:

Good mental health doesn’t mean being happy all the time.

It means being able to feel, express and manage a range of emotions.

Good mental health is a state of mental wellbeing that enables people to cope with the stresses of life, realise their abilities, learn well and work well, and contribute to their community. Adapted from the World Health Organization.

Further Training:

Trauma Informed Relationships Training is available in the Training Manual for this season.

I love working with football foundations and clubs, alongside the safeguarding leads to develop training for staff and players. I deliver in person workshops which range from 30 mins through to 12 hours.
